About March 26, 1995 to July 6, 2011
Age 16

Joseph entered this life on March 26, 1995 in San Diego, California and entered into rest in Ramona, California on July 6, 2011 at the age of 16 years, 3 months and 8 days.
He will be deeply missed by his parents Jim and Maysoon Meram, Sister Sara Meram, paternal grandmother Salima Merman, extended family and friends.
Joe was more than just a son, godson, cousin, brother, and friend he was the life, and the light of our family. He might have left us for now but he will always be with us in our hearts, daily thoughts, prayers and he will be looking out for everyone that he loves every day.
Joe was a person that loved life for what it was and for how it came good or bad, easy or hard. Joe never stopped and thought I won't be able to get through it but he got through all challenges and a little bit more because he was an over achiever. As well as over achieving in everything Joe loved sports and was an amazing basketball player and enjoyed playing and watching the game with family and friends. God willing, we will meet again.
Joseph lived his life years in El Cajon, California. He was a student at Valhalla High School where he was looking forward to entering his junior year. He was a member of St. Peter Chaldean Catholic Church in El Cajon.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, July 9, 2011 at 10:00 AM at St. Peter Chaldean Catholic Church, 1627 Jamacha Way, El Cajon, California. Burial will follow at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery in San Diego, California.
